1. Agreement

By creating an account, browsing, enrolling in a course, purchasing a subscription, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

3. Accounts

• You must provide accurate registration information and keep it updated.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You must not share accounts, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer protected systems, or disrupt the service.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

4. License to use the platform

Subject to these Terms and any applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use Syntax2Code for personal learning or authorized institutional use. Content, branding, software, and materials remain our property or that of our licensors. You may not resell, redistribute, scrape, or publicly rehost our content without written permission.

5. Courses, pricing, and digital delivery

• Course and product prices are displayed on the product and checkout pages in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated, and may include applicable taxes where required.
• Access to paid content is granted after successful payment confirmation or valid coupon / access-code redemption, as applicable.
• Digital products (platform access, licensed software features, learning materials) are generally delivered online immediately or within a short period after successful payment.
• Free courses may still require account registration and acceptance of these Terms.

6. Payments, refunds, and invoices

• Payments are processed by third-party payment gateways (for example, Razorpay). You agree to the gateway’s terms when completing checkout.
• You authorize us and our payment partner to charge the selected payment method for the amounts shown at checkout.
• Unless a specific course or campaign states otherwise, digital access and software licenses are non-refundable once access has been granted, except where required by applicable consumer law or where we determine a technical failure prevented delivery.
• Transaction confirmations and invoices (where applicable) may be sent to your registered email or made available in your account payment history.

7. Coupons and access codes

Access codes or coupons may be issued for promotional or institutional access. Codes are personal, non-transferable unless we state otherwise, may expire, and may be revoked if misused.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Cheat on assessments, share exam content, or subvert proctoring controls.
• Upload malware, abusive content, or infringing material.
• Harass other users or misuse community/forum features.
• Use automated bots to scrape, spam, or overload the service.

9. Assessments and certificates

Scores, ranks, and certificates reflect performance on our platform under our rules. We may invalidate results obtained through fraud, unfair means, or policy violations. Certificates do not guarantee employment or admission outcomes.

10. Third-party services

The platform may integrate third-party tools (payment gateways, video/live class providers, analytics, email). Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RMJ IT SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED and its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific product giving rise to the claim in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

14. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, non-payment, fraud risk, or legal compliance. Provisions that by nature should survive (license restrictions, liability limits, indemnity) will survive termination.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Kurnool, Andhra Pradesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections that cannot be waived.

16. Changes

We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
